Job Qualification Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 12 months of previous related work experience. Work experience in a water company and a work certification to show is a plus. Must be able to lift (5-gallon bottled water, or cases of 350ml/500ml bottled water, or bags of ice) at a time, consistently and at a high volume throughout the day. Anywhere between 60-300 5- gallon bottles are hand delivered each day. Must be able to walk up stairs carrying bottles. Delivery driver that can convey information to people/customer clearly and simply in a way that means things are understood and get done. Person that can operate/driver delivery trucks (Standard/Automatic type of trucks) to distribute drinking water to stores, restaurants, residentials, apartments and hotels, including ice delivery (restaurant only). Ability to deliver bulk water overnight. Must be able to understand weekly schedule. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, night and or holidays. Other related tasks as assigned.

The job opportunity is a temporary, full time position for 4 Sales Route Delivery Drivers. The period of intended employment is from April 01, 2025 to March 31, 2026. The work days and hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00pm (depending on weather conditions, and time is flexible). No minimum education is required for this job offer. The wage rate for this job offer is $8.34 per hour with an overtime rate of $12.51, payable bi-weekly. The worksite location is in Building#3140, I-Liyang Street, Beach Road, South Garapan. Training is not available for this job offer. Worker will be responsible for transportation to and from worksite. Worker will be provided, without charge, or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Board, Lodging & Other facilities will not be provided by the employer. THREE FOURTH GUARANTEE:
Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fouths of the workdays of the total period that begins with first workday after the workers arrival at the palce of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE:
If the worker competes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment of the workers transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier., the employer will provide or pay for the workers reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work., except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.

This position includes delivering of 5-gallon bottled waters , 350ml/500ml bottled water (per case), bags of ice or bulk water delivery in an efficient and timely manner. This positions also includes increasing customer base of existing route along with recommending strategies to increase sales for existing customers, merchandising products in stores, and managing inventory. Responsible in sales and delivery of company products at designated assigned routes territory. Distribute/deliver drinking water to the stores, restaurants, residentials, apartments and hotels including ice delivery (restaurants only). Preparing delivery slips to be given to the customer. Issue an official receipt to the customer whenever payment is received for the Account. Load and unload bottled water products to delivery vehicles. Performs routine maintenance of assigned delivery vehicles. Makes daily report and reconciles collected payments with delivery for management review. Other tasks relates as assigned.
